Therapy sessions are available 9am – 5pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and 9am – 8pm Mondays and Thursdays. Please call us on 024 7627 7777 to access this service or use our online referral forms.
There is a waiting list for counselling, but we can offer pre-therapy workshops to ensure emotional support is available for those waiting to access our service.
As well as face to face counselling we also offer online counselling which is delivered via a secure video chat platform.
If English is not your first language please let us know and we can organise an interpreter.
CRASAC is an Accredited Organisational Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and it abides by the BACP Ethical Framework.
Counselling for Adults
Our CRASAC counselling service offers a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to all genders 18 years and older who have experienced any form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives.
For Children and Young People
We offer a counselling service for 5-18 year olds (all genders) in a specially equipped therapy suite with specialist female counsellors. Counselling can include talking, play and creative arts and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming).
Workshops to help manage the impacts of sexual violence and abuse are available for clients currently waiting to access our counselling services.
CRASAC offers pre-trial therapy to those deemed vulnerable and in need and unable to defer their counselling until after their court process is finished.
