Coronavirus - Our approach at CRASAC
Above is a little video reminder that whilst it may be in slightly different ways at the moment, we are still here.
Due to the Coronavirus and potential health implications, CRASAC has changed the way we work to make sure we do everything we can to keep clients, our staff and their families safe and well and do our part to prevent the spread of the virus.
We are no longer offering face-to-face support and all clients will by now have been contacted to be given their options for future support. We have various digital and telephone options available to make sure we can maintain support.
We do not know when normal service will resume, as such we are evaluating the situation daily.
Professionals can make business enquiries either to our admin line 02476 277 772 or by email email@example.com
We are still taking referrals
To self-refer: please contact our helpline on 02476 277 777
and leave a message on the answer machine
or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Professionals: please download, complete and return this
and if the referral is for a child, please also complete this
We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can but please bear with us if we take a little longer to respond than normal. If English is not your first language, we can arrange for language interpreters.
If you require more immediate help in an emergency, please call 999. There are also other support agencies on the ‘Useful Links’ page of our website.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Take good care, wishing you all the best during this difficult and uncertain time.
At CRASAC we know that there is no typical survivor, which is why we treat everyone who comes to us for support
as an individual
