Training Officer

CRASAC is an award-winning charity that helps people who have been impacted by sexual violence to survive and thrive. We are recruiting a Training Officer who shares our passion and commitment to improve knowledge and awareness of sexual abuse, improve actions and reactions in relation to sexual abuse, and challenge societal myths and stereotypes amongst a wide range of stakeholder groups.

This is a new post where you will be responsible for developing, improving and quality assuring our Training Services for both internal and external stakeholder groups.

Our Training Service is part of our longer-term objective to raise awareness and prevent sexual violence. It also has the potential to increase our earned income and support us to become more financially independent. You will help develop and expand our current offer, you will be enthusiastic and ambitious about
this project’s potential, whilst being able to demonstrate resilience.

Supported by an experienced, committed and passionate team, the job involves variety of tasks including all aspects of training design, delivery and evaluation as well as promoting and generating bookings.
