Head of Finance and Operations

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a collaborative approach to join our Senior Management Team.

As Head of Finance and Operations you will report to the CEO, work closely with the Deputy CEO, and be responsible for all activities relating to Finance, Operations, ICT and Facilities. You will be able to engage, inspire and influence across teams while supporting the CEO and work with CRASAC’s Board of Trustees to ensure compliance and strong governance.

We are looking for someone who understands the context of a mission driven organisation and is keen to learn from and contribute to best practice across and beyond the sector. You will need a strong commitment to our anti-oppression values and strategy, and be able to embed these across finance and operational functions.

You will be an experienced leader with strong experience of managing finance, generating funding, site management, and excellent change management and communication skills.
