Emotional Support Worker

CRASAC is an award-winning charity providing specialist counselling, advocacy and support services to survivors of sexual violence and abuse in the Coventry area.

We are recruiting for an Emotional Support Worker to be the first point of contact for callers to our confidential helpline service, existing clients, their supporters, and professionals. The role will also provide support calls to clients on our waiting list for counselling and include sympton management techniques.

The role is 20 hours per week, including one evening and is initially for 12 months while the service is evaluated.
