Counselling Team Leader

Do you have a passion for working with people and can support the operational management of our counselling service on a day-to-day basis?

CRASAC is an award-winning charity providing specialist counselling, advocacy and support services to survivors of sexual violence and abuse in the Coventry area.

We are looking for a Counselling Team Leader to work in partnership with our Counselling Manager to ensure quality of practice across the team and develop CRASAC’s counselling service. This includes a range of services suitable for victims and survivors of sexual violence aged five years and above, along with their supporters and families.
