Client Services Administrator

CRASAC is an award-winning charity that helps people impacted by sexual violence and abuse to survive and thrive.

We are seeking a conscientious Client Services Administrator to work with a group of passionate and proactive women who are committed to addressing the trauma and injustice of sexual abuse and exploitation. The team works to ensure our clients know they have a safe space that gives them a voice, a place where they are heard, believed and accepted. 

As a first point of contact, the Client Services Administrator will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and sympathetically with a wide variety of people (clients, professionals and staff).

Applications are welcome from those who have worked in a similar environment or have experience in the voluntary sector and have a commitment to safeguarding. This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to gain experience in the sector with full training covering both sexual violence and our operational systems provided.
