We offer specialist, trauma-informed therapy for people affected by sexual violence and abuse. Support is available for children, young people, and adults, and is tailored to your individual needs.

We provide a range of therapeutic support options, including:
One-to-one counselling
Pre-therapy and preparation support (Welcome sessions)
Group-based programmes (Thrive)
Short-term crisis counselling (where appropriate)
We will work with you to find the type of support that feels right for you.
What we offer.
Who it’s for.
Children and young people (5-17).
We provide specialist counselling using age-appropriate approaches including; play, creative therapies, talking therapy and EMDR.
Adults (18+).
Therapy is available for all genders aged 13 and over who have been affected by sexual violence or abuse at any point in their lives.
You will not be expected to share more than you are ready to

You will never be pressured to talk about anything you are not ready to share.

If there is a waiting period, we offer support to help you feel more prepared.
This may include:

learning coping strategies

Structured group programmes focused on wellbeing, coping strategies, and understanding trauma.
You will not be expected to share personal experiences in a group setting.
