Survivor services.

How we support you.

We offer specialist support for people affected by sexual violence and abuse.

Our approach is flexible and trauma-informed, meeting you where you are.

You do not need to have everything figured out before getting in touch, we will help you explore what support may be right for you.

A cozy living room scene with a dark sofa, patterned pillows, a round wooden side table, a white ceramic table lamp, and a window with sunlight streaming in, illuminating a wall with wooden panels and a hanging green plant.

What to expect.

A woman with blonde hair and glasses wearing a white shirt is sitting in a chair, smiling, and holding a clipboard with papers. She is in a bright room with white walls, near a window, with a small potted plant on the table in front of her. Another woman is partially visible, sitting across from her.

We provide two main types of specialist support. Counselling supports emotional recovery, while our ISVA service provides practical guidance, advocacy, and help understanding your rights and options.

Therapy and counselling support.

Group support.

If counselling is right for you, you may also be offered supportive group sessions to reduce isolation and promote wellbeing. You will never be expected to share personal experiences.
