Every bid helps support the vital work of CRASAC.
How the Auction Works.
Our auction takes place in two stages:
1. Pre-Gala Blind Auction – Online
Ahead of the Gala, you can browse the available lots and submit a blind bid online. Bids are confidential, so you won't see what other people have offered. The highest qualifying advance bid for each lot will become its opening bid at the Gala.
2. Live Silent Auction – Gala Night
The auction continues at our Gala on Friday, 20th November, where guests can view the lots and place higher bids. The bidding remains silent, with bids submitted without an open auctioneer-led process.
You don't need to attend the Gala to win. If your advance bid remains the highest and meets the reserve price, you could be the successful bidder.

Submit your blind bid online by 14:00pm on Friday, 20th November 2026. You won't see other bidders' offers.
Join the excitement
Your advance bid becomes the opening bid at the Gala on Friday, 20th November. Guests can bid higher on the night.
Find out if you've won
You don't need to attend the Gala to win. Successful bidders will be contacted after the auction.
A few things to remember.
Bid what you’re happy to pay. Your advance bid should reflect the amount you would genuinely be willing to pay to win the lot.
Your bid becomes the opening bid. It may be outbid during the silent auction at the Gala, so consider carefully the amount you wish to offer.
Check the minimum bid. Each lot has a minimum advance bid, clearly shown on its listing.
Meet the deadline. Online advance bids must be submitted by 2.00pm on Friday, 20th November 2026.
Pay promptly if successful. Payment for winning bids is due by Monday, 23rd November 2026.
