If you have experienced rape or sexual violence, or have been indirectly affected by sexual abuse, there are a number of ways to access our services.

If you would like to refer to CRASAC, our 24 hour answerphone service is available on 024 7627 7777.  To talk to someone about your experiences of sexual violence, please let us know and one of our Emotional Support Workers will call you back between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday or 6pm to 8pm on a Monday or Thursday evening.

We will always believe what you tell us and will provide additional information about the support we can offer and how you can access our services. 

If you have very recently been assaulted and need support outside of our contact hours you may wish to visit a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) to get medical help and a forensic examination. Always telephone 999 in an emergency.

Languages

If your first language is not English we can arrange for an interpreter. Our helpline can support various languages including Portuguese, Bulgarian, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Estonian.
