If you have experienced rape or sexual violence, or have been indirectly affected by sexual abuse, there are a number of ways to access our services.

Call our phoneline for free on 024 7627 7777

The helpline is operated Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm and Monday and Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm. We also have a 24 hour answerphone service.

If you are unable to get through to our helpline, please try again or leave a message and we will call you back. There are also other 24 hour support services available.

Our listening service is confidential and staffed by trained Emotional Support Workers and volunteers who will:

  • Always believe what you tell them
  • Listen and help you explore your feelings
  • Offer a safe and trusted space to talk about anything
  • Provide additional information about our support and signpost you to local and national services if needed.

When we call you our number will show as ‘Withheld’. If you call us, our number will appear on your phone bill. If calling from an international location, please also provide an email address.

Your call can be anonymous so you don’t have to give us any identifying details.

If you have very recently been assaulted and need support outside of our contact hours you may wish to visit a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) to get medical help and a forensic examination. Always telephone 999 in an emergency.
