We support any victim or survivor of sexual violence and abuse regardless of age or gender and whether it is recent, historic or ongoing We can also provide support to families and supporters, as well as professionals. You don’t have to give your name and we will always be open and honest with you about our procedures. See our confidentiality page for how to use our service anonymously.
The helpline is staffed by trained volunteers who can guide you to the most appropriate service. We can book you an appointment to see a counsellor or a crisis and advocacy worker for ongoing support, signpost you to other local and national services if you need them and arrange for language interpreters if your first language is not English.
The helpline is open Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm and Monday and Thursday evenings 6pm to 8pm and provides confidential emotional support and information on what help is available.
