We support any victim or survivor of sexual violence and abuse regardless of age or gender identity, and whether it is recent, historic or ongoing. We can also provide support to families and supporters, as well as professionals. You don’t have to give your name and we will always be open and honest with you about our procedures. If you do not require an immediate response you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or text us on 07936 816130. We aim to respond within seven working days, so please ring the helpline if you wish to speak to someone more quickly.
The helpline is staffed by trained volunteers who can guide you to the most appropriate service. We can book you an appointment to see a counsellor or a crisis and advocacy worker for ongoing support, signpost you to other local and national services if you need them and arrange for language interpreters if your first language is not English.

If CRASAC's helpline is unavailable then you can call and leave a message for us to call you back or there are other 24 hour services you can try.
Our number shows as 'Withheld' when we call you, but please note that if you call us, our number will appear on your phone bill.
The helpline can support the following languages, dependent on helpline volunteer availability. Helpline times will be advertised on Facebook and Twitter.
