CRASAC encourages survivors to self-refer but we also accept referrals from other agencies or representatives if this makes it easier for them to access our services.
When you ring the helpline you will be treated with sensitivity and respect. At CRASAC we recognise how hard it is to make that call and we will do all that we can to support you.

At any other time you can use our answer machine and leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. Our counsellors will be discreet when returning you call.
